After five years at the same shop, Martin finally decided to flee and seek asylum, er I mean move and start a non oppressive tattoo shop where tattoo artists run wild like colorful little free range chickens. Not that he didn't appreciate what the other shop had helped him achieve, he just knew he could do it better on his own.
On a dark stormy night quite a few years earlier, the real story begins; Martin was a full time chef and part time graphic artist and illustrator, when after realizing other people were getting his art tattooed on them, decided that tattooing would make a great way to pick up on chicks, and get a few free drinks.
Now almost 13 years later (now married, kids, blah, blah, blah) Martin continues to hone his craft. Tattooing has consumed his life as he continues to reach deep in his soul to push himself into being a better artist.
